After completing his studies in economics and real estate management, Alexander Fenzl entered the real
estate industry in 2004. He started out by arranging office space. In 2013 he took over the management of the
office and industrial real estate department, which he later expanded to include the retail sector.

Felix Zekely has been active in the Austrian commercial real estate market for over 15 years. He held
management positions at an international consulting firm and at a large European investor/developer.
He studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed the postgraduate course in Real Estate Management & Valuation at the Vienna University of Technology. Felix Zekely is a RICS member and has published numerous scientific articles.

Nicole Jung-Dzieza has been active in the Austrian commercial real estate market since 2014. Her professional activity in the Vienna office market began as a broker at a renowned international company in Vienna, followed by a career change as an owner representative at a large pan-European real estate developer and investor - thus providing a more than profound background in tenant and landlord representation in the office asset class.
Her professional career has enabled her to apply and further develop her academic background in the real estate industry, particularly in the area of interdisciplinary tenant consulting and the implementation of individual office solutions.
